党的纪律检查制度不仅是反腐败体制的重要环节,更是国家治理体系的重要组成部分。新中国成立70年来,党的纪律检查制度在改革中不断发展完善,其内在的逻辑和经验值得总结。纪律检查机关要以坚持和加强党的全面领导为首要任务,纪律检查制度改革的核心是处理好纪委和同级党委的关系,党的纪律检查工作和国家监察工作存在内在契合性。新时代推动党的纪检体制改革,要坚持把政治建设的要求贯穿到纪律检查体制改革过程中,要善于推动纪检监察工作一体化发展,还要加强纪检监察队伍自身建设。

The discipline inspection system of the Party is not only an important ring in the complete anti-corruption system,but a vital part of state administration system.Discipline inspection system going on a process of gradual perfection within the 70 years from the founding of New China,its internal logic and experience worth summarizing.Disciplinary inspection organs should take as their primary task the insistence of the Party’s overall leadership and its strengthening,the center of discipline inspection being proper handling of the relationship between discipline inspection committee and Party committee of the same level,there being internal coordination between discipline inspection of the Party and supervising work of the nation.Promoting reform with the discipline inspection system of the Party in the new era requires the persistence of political construction within its whole process,properly promoting the integrated development of discipline inspection and supervision,and strengthening the self-construction of the team for the supervising work.
